Andrew Krauze – Managing Director
Andrew Krauze is managing director of CCL Group, which traces its history back to 1986 when CCL Independent Consulting was launched.
Andrew's career in the IT industry began in 1979 at Olivetti. He moved to Sperry Univac (Unisys) and was involved in establishing a Midlands-based mini computer reseller (Mytec) which became a pre-eminent VAR for Informix based systems around Multisoft and Tetra.
In 2004, Andrew establised CCL-Forensics and later, in 2011, CCL-Innovation. These three companies form CCL Group.
A keen golfer and Formula One enthusiast, he counts Seve Ballesteros, Tiger Woods and Lewis Hamilton as three of his heroes.
Colin Wells - Major Accounts Director
Colin is a versatile and experienced Board-level executive and Chairman with achievements in business, management, sales and marketing. Having worked in the IT industry since the late 1960s, Colin has held a number of senior sales and marketing roles, including Sales and Marketing Manager at IBM, as well as bringing his significant industry experience to the boards of several small, medium and large technology and IT companies.
Colin has also held other senior advisory roles such as: Governor of The Royal Shakespeare Company, Chair of Multistory and Director of The Roses Theatre. Colin has won numerous awards for his work, including the Arts and Business Advisor of the Year Award and Midlands Art Champion of the Year. Colin has also received Jaguar Land Rover's Board Member of the Year Award.
In his spare time, Colin enjoys fly-fishing, tennis and rugby.
David Whiston - Projects Director
As Projects Director at CCL, David has overall responsible for the delivery aspects of CCL’s business. David has extensive experience of both the computer industry and the commercial marketplace. This expertise has been gained primarily from the analysis, design and implementation of systems within the manufacturing, warehousing, leisure, retail, construction, service and not for profit sectors.
David also has an in-depth experience of a wide variety of computer hardware, together with both Local and Wide Area Networking. Complementary to this, David has knowledge of major operating systems, databases and programming languages.
With a legal education, followed by many years working in a Systems House and an intimate knowledge of computer sales techniques, David is fluent in a broad cross-section of business.

Stephanie Keyes - Account Manager
Stephanie has been with CCL since 2008 and is responsible for developing and managing accounts with law firms involved in litigation, as well as some of our corporate clients, to understand and identify their electronic disclosure obligations and to scope their individual requirements.
The part of the role she enjoys mosts is meeting with new and interesting businesses everyday and truly trying to understand both current issues and future objectives.
Elliot Krauze - Account Manager
Elliot joined CCL in 2009 as part of the Business Development Team and has grown with the business over the last few years, rising through the ranks to manage key accounts within the CCL Group. Elliot's experience and training reflects the consulting approach CCL adopts for all their clients, this approach is ingrained in all of the account management team and is what sets CCL apart from other similar solutions organisations.
Elliot's role allows him to help many organisations to solve a plethora of business and IT problems. As an account manager Elliot has significant exposure to many different industry sectors and empathy for their specific business issues.

Ruth Edmonds - Public Sector Account Manager
Ruth joined CCL in March 2012 to develop the sales opportunity for the Fujitsu workstations that have recently been added to the CCL portfolio of products and services.
After 14 years in the IT industry Ruth came with an abundance of sales experience within the public sector which made her the ideal fit for the role. She is most proud of the relationships she holds within her customer base and has worked hard at maintaining an excellent reputation within the sector. She is a hands on account manager who loves her time to be spent with customers helping them to solve issues within their departments.
Outside of work Ruth is a keen netballer running a local club with 3 teams in the Aylesbury league.
Umar Yasin - Counsel
Umar helps law firms involved in litigation to understand, identify and fulfil their electronic disclosure obligations under Practice Direction 31B and part 31.5A of the Civil Procedure Rules coming into force in April 2013. Umar also helps CCL clients to use our services and solutions for risk and compliance purposes.
A barrister by background, Umar was Called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn in 2008, and then spent nearly four years working in the most rapidly-growing business unit within Thomson Reuters, Findlaw. At CCL, he has worked on a number of challenging commercial cases, where he has been able to understand and appreciate the importance of a forensic approach to e-disclosure. Umar has also enjoyed working closely with some of our corporate clients on matters ranging from OFT investigations to employee fraud allegations.

Marie Leadbeater - Marketing Executive
Marie is responsible for a range of marketing and communication activities at CCL as well producing literature, organising events, targeted marketing campaigns and developing client databases.
She manages social media marketing, driving forward the marketing strategy, supporting the sales team.
Marie holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s professional diploma in marketing and has varied experience in all areas of marketing communications, agency and supplier management, project management, websites, CRM systems and has worked closely with sales teams.
Outside of work Marie enjoys live music and comedy, and is a Macmillan Cancer Support volunteer, using her marketing experience to support local fundraising and social media activity.
Sarah Turner - Marketing Executive
Sarah is responsible for a range of CCL's marketing activities from events and lead generation campaigns to maintaining CCL's website and production of sales collateral. Sarah's main focus is on copywriting - producing content for CCL's website, e-shots, marketing literature, and other communications.
With a background in software marketing and management of EC-funded scientific research projects, Sarah enjoys the challenge of taking complex, often technical information and distilling it into communications that are informative and easy to understand.
Sarah has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Birmingham and holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing's Diploma in Marketing Communications.
